Mirissa is the south coast's poster town for a reason — it's where Aussie surfers, yoga teachers, whale-watchers and honeymooners all happily share the same beach. Ubuntu sits directly on the sand.
Mirissa's left-hander breaks 200m from the villa — a fun mid-tide wave that suits intermediate surfers. Beginner lessons are on the sheltered beach end. Board hire arrived to your door in 20 minutes.
Mirissa harbour is a 5-minute tuk-tuk away — note that whale-watching season sits outside the TFS Loyalty May–October redemption window, so plan Mirissa around surf, beach and food rather than whales.
Daily sunrise yoga on the lawn between the villa and the beach. The villa style is open-plan, indoor-outdoor — high ceilings, ceiling fans, polished concrete and a deep verandah hammock.
Sunset cocktails at Parrot Rock, dinner at the Coconut Tree Hill restaurants, late drinks at the beach bars. Mirissa is small enough to walk everywhere.
TFS Loyalty stays run May–October only. June–September is peak south coast surf with consistent swell and warm water — ideal for intermediate surfers.
